The creation of Fly The Nest is the result of an observation: the disengagement of employees kills the start-up spirit and slows down growth. Thus, Fly The Nest supported more than a hundred companies, from 2 to 250 employees, in France, the United Kingdom, Israel, the United States and Bulgaria, in their visions by increasing the commitment of their employees.
The team and the number of clients have grown step by step, improving the methods and the organisation of Fly The Nest. Because you see, Fly The Nest has always wanted to be the best example of Fly The Nest.
Our motto is therefore to build a committed and autonomous collective. Here’s our story in a few key dates.
CREATION OF THE DHREAM METHOD
Fly The Nest is inspired by the DRHEAM method, a project management model based on the principle of cooperation through commitment. Designed to accelerate industrial projects, it was launched by Renault in the 1990s.
CREATION OF FLY THE NEST
Cedric and Erwann had known each other since prep school. At the end of 2014, during a retreat in Brittany, they discovered their common desire to support start-ups in their growth. Bingo! Fly The Nest is born.
FLY THE NEST'S EMPLOYEES GOES UP TO 5 PEOPLE
This is our first hiring: Benjamin joins the adventure and brings his certified coaching background which allows the support to evolve. Pierre and Sophie join him a few months later.
SUPPORT FOR COMPANIES WITH MORE THAN 100 EMPLOYEES
Our service changes to support Content Square, the first customer in our history to have more than 100 employees. We’ve created new workshops to have the impact we wanted.
EVOLUTION OF OUR PURPOSE
Our purpose is evolving from “Implementing the conditions of collaboration to establish it sustainably as a driving force for societal transformations” to “Inducing commitment through the practice of collective action”.
TWO SELF-MANAGED TEAMS
Our model of self-governance is taking a new direction. Fly The Nest is divided into two self-managed teams. One team for companies with less than 30 people and the other for larger teams.
CHANGE OF PURPOSE
For the first time we are putting individual and collective support on the same level: “Supporting the realization of individual and collective visions in accordance with their environment”.
A MULTIPRODUCT ORGANIZATION
Fly The Nest is exploring new supports: Manager Journey, Skill Tree or Individual Support for Leaders, etc.
Our team is the essence of Fly The Nest. As co-founders, our profiles are both heterogeneous and complementary, which opens up a (unlimited) range of possibilities to support the projects that we care about and to develop our entity, in accordance with our purpose.

He has been supporting managers and their teams in the realization of their vision since the summer of 2017 and since June 2019 at Fly The Nest.

One week of immersion later, Florence falls in love and embarks on the adventure.
