THREE PILLARS FOR SCALING UP

We support entrepreneurs and their teams in successfully scaling up and growing. At the end of our coaching, we want the whole team to be efficient and complete, gathered around a common culture and committed to the company’s objectives.
We believe that to scale succesfully, a team must go through these three pillars

Alignment

The whole team is aligned on its identity (purpose and values) and on what it really wants to achieve (vision).

Execution

The organization is structured to execute each project in accordance with its culture.

Leadership

All team members have developed their leadership skills to prepare for growth.

OUR APPROACH

Instead of treating symptoms, our approach is holistic and collaborative: it focuses on all the company’s issues, including the whole team in the exchanges. Our support is pragmatic, effective and results-oriented: each workshop we conduct brings concrete changes. Finally, we don’t want to make teams dependent, so we teach them to be autonomous. We train them in our practices because the 6-month support is only the first stone of the edifice. The work on the team is part of a long-term process.

odyssee

We take pride in always be available for our former customers and to follow their adventures. We thus offer a lifetime hotline for managers and relays.

Every year, we provide ongoing training in two half-days for the relay organisers in order to challenge their approach within the structure.

Finally, we daily build up an important network of entrepreneurs who meet around events to exchange contacts, advice and best practices.
