Graduated from the Master Entrepreneurs de Grenoble Ecole de Management, Sophie wanted to get involved in a human-oriented project. Convinced of the importance and the strength of a collective, notably thanks to several years of theatre and improvisation, she joins Fly The Nest to accompany start-ups in their team management, and allow them to go further.
For 5 years, Anne-Claire was assistant director in a theatre. What does she prefer ? The magic on stage that emerges thanks to the work of the troupe and the unique listening that takes place between the actors. By leaving the world of culture and arts, she manages a coworking space and ensures the quality of living together for a hundred people. She joins Fly The Nest to do what she loves the most: accompany the teams to bring out the best of the collective.
A graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux and a master’s degree in public affairs, Clémence turned to international cooperation, driven by the need to find meaning in her work. While she accompanies Tunisian associations and social entrepreneurs in the management of their projects, she discovers a passion for group relations and collective commitment issues. Integrating Fly The Nest was the logical continuation of the adventure, in order to help companies in inventing new forms of collaboration, placing the human at the heart of the building.
After an engineering school and a master in management, Cédric managed all the projects of an asset management company for two years. He then left for entrepreneurship and worked on the creation of a collaborative musical encyclopedia. It was his desire to help and bring projects to success as a team that led him to found Fly The Nest.
After a managerial experience in a large group in Canada, Pierre noticed a lack of meaning in team management. He leaves his job to find a role in which he recognizes himself. Convinced of the need and importance of building teams that can work together, he joins Fly The Nest!
Benjamin has long travelled between large groups and startups, in France, England, Mexico… before making the observation that management did not know how to meet the current challenges of individual and collective commitment. Passionate about psychology and group dynamics, he is trained in coaching. He joined Fly The Nest team to help companies find new ways to collaborate and achieve results.
With a degree in engineering and a degree in economics, Erwann turned to innovation consulting. For 4 years, he worked on complex projects for numerous clients. Then he leaves everything, to write a novel, and found Fly The Nest, in order to get involved with those who want to change things.
Slameur, Swimmer, Facilitator and Coach, Tristan is a graduate of Neoma with a speciality in Entrepreneurship. He worked for over three years in a startup to design and facilitate collaborative and digital workshops for 20 to 1,000 people. Then trained in coaching methods, he wanted to give a more human dimension to his work. Today, he accompanies individually through coaching or skills assessment and collectively within Fly The Nest to make commitment a reality within each team.
Aurélie Topor Garancher
From the IT sector – in marketing & purchasing – to the NGO world – in the Philippines & France – Aurélie worked on numerous projects, from their conceptualisations to their implementation. What interests her is the challenge of bringing together a team around a common project. She joins Fly The Nest to help companies increase their collective commitment and efficiency.
Arthur DE KEYZER
After a few years in law school, Arthur started his entrepreneurial career: first in the development of a leather goods brand, then by setting up his startup (Tripndrive). Convinced that the success of a project often lies in the ability of a team to live together, he committed with FlyTheNest to accompany those who want to rethink the foundations of collaboration: between trust and responsibility.
